The Veg Cities site will close permanently on 1 January 2025.

Veg Cities is changing but our commitment to healthy food and more veg is not. We started Good Food Local, a new initiative to help local authorities prioritise good food and commit to action on a breadth of food issues including healthy food environments. Join the movement

Education

Get the next generation on board

80% of children and 95% of teenagers are not reaching the daily recommended amount of vegetables. Vegetables consumption is in decline and is no better than it was in the 1970s, in spite of the 5-A-Day campaign.

Take action now to get your child care facility, school or university to join Veg Cities.
